Handcrafting complex beers with the purest natural ingredients is what drives us. Developed together with our brewmasters and experts, we optimized our brewing process to have a fully natural process following the traditional brewing steps. As beer consists 95% out of water we use the purest spring water available: naturally filtered through the limestone Alps in the middle of South-Tyrol. Mixed and brewed with carefully sourced local and high-premium materials, the result is an extraordinarily good alcohol-free beer tasting experience.

innovative process

Fueled by alpine water and natural raw materials, our brewing process follows the traditional brewing guidelines. However, an innovative technique allows our beer to develop its typical characteristics and aroma. With this technique, alcohol does not have to be extracted at the end of the process, as is often the case with conventional beers. The high quality of our alcohol free beers derive from the combination of premium raw materials and an innovative brewing process.

The quality of our raw materials is extremely important to us. When we look for new ingredients, we always start to search right on our doorstep: the Italian Alps! Following our handcraft philosophy, we make sure to use only natural - and where possible regional - ingredients for our craft beers.
